Service was prompt, apologetic, and helpful when we called the front desk regarding our leaking toilet. All hotel workers were cordial throughout our stay and I appreciated that we were allowed to keep our baggage stored securely after checking out as we were roaming the city for a few more hours before our flight,

From the minute I pulled up the doorman greeted me at the street answered all the questions I needed to know about the parking situation took the young lady's bags in while I got some food complete gentleman from top to bottom at the front desk I wish I remembered his name but he was one of the most agreeable polite Charming desk clerks I've ever encountered even took the liberty of upgrading my room to a balcony room on the top floor and no additional charge could not be happier with everything at that place top to bottom

The room is very spacious compared to rooms in NYC. Beds and pillows are comfortable, including the single bed by the window. Location is great, very close to everything in midtown, but the street is not crowded. The hotel does serve a basic continental breakfast, which was good (not mentioned on booking website), and coffee/tea is available until 3 pm.

how it’s right in the middle of great bars and restaurants. lovely front desk people as well the check in and checkout process was quick and easy as well. The room 903 is just perfect. everything about that room and the way it was set up is just so cozy and lovely. I will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to my friends and family. the booking process was a breeze as well.
